Details
Franz Leitmayr leaves town for Oktoberfest because he can't stand it, but is called back because his fingerprints are on a dead man's wallet. The victim appeared drunk but has almost no blood alcohol level. His GHB level is another story, and shutting down the beer tent where he obtained his tainted alcohol is a problem during Oktoberfest. And the victims continue to pile up.
